Terms & Conditions

We are excited to reopen following the past few months of uncertainty.  As a result we have introduced new protocols  to ensure our accommodation is as civid-secure as possible.  We ask guests to adhere to these.  Full information available on request and is provided within the cottage.

To secure your booking we require full payment for your holiday.  Should you need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to re-let the cottage, and refund the net value of your holiday.  In the event that we are unable to re-let the property, a refund will not be provided.  Should you need to cancel your holiday at short notice (within 14 days of arrival) then no refund will be provided. We advise that to cover this possibiility, you take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect yourselves.
